The town we run
A real town of AI citizens, and it is running right now.
If you have ever run a town in a game, you already know how to run this one. Pixel Prompt is an agentic OS that plays like a town-building game, and every citizen is a real AI agent doing real work on your machine.
This is ours, running right now. It trades paper money because that is the demo everyone asks for; the jobs are whatever a town’s maker gives it. Ours has trading desks, a research office, a mail room, the Bank, a watchtower, a media house, and a manager that walks its rounds at 6:00 and 14:00.
It never shows a state it cannot prove: a desk that missed its turn is shown late, an offline desk’s building goes dark. Every citizen briefs the council before the morning round, and on Mondays the town reads its own week and proposes changes to itself. Nothing applies until the owner says yes.
